City of Kingston
• DWI: Shakeya M. Faggins, 41, was arrested in Kingston on Monday, Feb. 15 at about 1:30 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. She was issued an appearance ticket, state police said.
Cairo
• DWI: Kyle H. Tonnessen, 27, of Hoboken, N.J. was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, at about 8:50 p.m. in Cairo with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, misdemeanors, according to state police at Catskiil. He was issued an appearance ticket, state police said.
Catskill
• DWI: Cody L. Edwards, 28, of Palenville, was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, in Catskill at about 10:40 p.m. with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, misdemeanors, according to state police at Catskill. He was issued an appearance ticket, state police said.
• DWI: Tyquane T. Graves, 31, of Hartford, Conn., was charged Monday, Feb. 15, in Catskill at about 2:50 a.m. with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceedling .08 percent, misdemeanors, according to state police at Catskill. Graves was issued an appearance ticket, state police said.
Marlborough
• Reckless endangerment: Joseph M. Gerbino, 31, was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, with reckless endangerment, a felony; obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, fleeing officers in a motor vehicle and reckless driving, misdemeanors, according to state police at Highland. Gerbino was arrested at about 7:42 p.m. in Marlborough and released without bail, state police said.
Wawarsing
• DWI: Osvaldo J. Jiminez, 26, of Parsipppany, N.J., was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, in Wawarsing with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, misdemeanors, according to state police at Wawarsing. He was issued an appearance ticket at about 10 p.m., state police said.
Town of Ulster
• Assault: Charles L. Long, 31, of Ruby, was charged Sunday, Feb. 14, at about 4:40 p.m. with assault, a felony; menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors, in the town of Ulster, according to state police at Ulster. Further information was not available.
