Athens

• DWI: Desirae S. Andrew, 26, of athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:01 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. She was released with an appearance ticket for Athens Town Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Timothy M. Johnston, 39, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:54 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, in the village of Catskill, and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Johnston was released with a ticket for Catskill Village Court.

Greenport

• Rape: Cruz Aguilarsay, 26, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 11:25 a.m. Friday, Feb. 26, and was charged with rape and criminal sexual act (victim under 17 and suspect over 21), both felonies, and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a misdemeanor. • Drugs: Samuel J. Keir, 51, of Hannacroix, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 8:51 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, and was charged with manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Greenville Town Court.

Hunter

• DWI: Patrick J. Dender, 53, of Oceanport, N.J., was arrested by state police at Hunter at 12:53 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, in the town of Hunter and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Amber R. Bauer, 35, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:28 a.m. Friday, Feb. 26, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Bauer was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWAI-drugs: Diane C. Stantial, 55, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:34 a.m. Friday, Feb. 26, in the town of New Paltz, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Further information was not immediately available.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Jonathan Albizu, 33, of Hartford, N.Y., was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:18 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Albizu was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing • Endangering:

Linda L. Coddington, 27, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:55 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, and was charged with nine misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Further information was not immediately available. Coddington was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
