Cairo
• DWI: Kevin McGinley, 46, of Spring Lake, Pa., was arrested by state police at Greenville at 1:05 a.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. McGinley was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Esopus
• Criminal mischief:
Raymond H. Williams, 51, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:21 p.m. Friday, April 9, and was charged with criminal mischief and preventing an emergency call, both misdemeanors, following a report of a domestic dispute. Williams was issued an appearance ticket for Esopus Town Court.
East Fishkill
• Obstruction of breathing: Ryan P. Van Leuvan,
33, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wappinger at 12:45 p.m. Friday, April 9, in the town of East Fishkill and was charged with obstruction of breathing and fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party pending a Town Court appearance. Further information was unavailable.

• DWI: Patrick I. Oji, 45, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 12:58 a.m. Saturday, April 10, in the town of Germantown and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. He was released pending an appearance in
Germantown Town Court.
Greenport
• Criminal mischief: David N. DiBlasi, 51, of Greenport, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 10:51 p.m. Friday, April 9, and was charged with criminal mischief, a felony. DiBlasi was released pending an appearance in Greenport Town Court. Further information was unavailable.

• Criminal mischief: Karl W. Knowles, 40, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 3:16 p.m. Friday, April 9, in the town of Hillsdale and was charged with criminal mischief, a felony. He was released with an appearance ticket for Hillsdale Town Court.
Hunter
• DWI: Nicholas C. Horn, 28, of Washington, was arrested by state police at Hunter at 8:36 p.m. Friday, April 9, in the town of Hunter and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court.
