Thomas Perry, 40, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:29 p.m. Sunday, June 20, in the town of Esopus and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop.
