City of Kingston

• Drugs: Justin Uskans,

46, address unavailable, was arrested by Kingston police on Fair Street at 1:33 a.m. Sunday, June 20, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and with criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging), a misdemeanor. Further information was available.

• Drugs: Paul Michael Strubel, 28, address unavailable, was arrested by Kingston police on Center Street at 12:52 p.m. Saturday, June 19, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, both felonies, and with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), both misdemeanors. 53, address unavailable, was arrested by Kingston police on Broadway at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 17, and was charged with two felony counts of burglary (illegal entry with intent) stemming from a Feb. 25 incident on Garraghan Drive and a June 14 incident on Smith Avenue, and with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), two misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest and two misdemeanor counts of obstruction of governmental administration. Esopus • DWI:

Thomas Perry, 40, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:29 p.m. Sunday, June 20, in the town of Esopus and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop. He was issued tickets to appear in Esopus Town Court.

Lloyd • DWI:

Gustavo Sanchez Juarez, 28, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:09 a.m. Monday, June 21, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the town of Lloyd. He was issued tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz • DWI:

Michele K. Tierney, 59, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:57 p.m. Sunday, June 20, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the town of New Paltz. She was issued tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Rosendale

• DWI: Jose Desalagarcia, 42, of Yonkers, was arrested by Thruway state police at 8:01 p.m. Sunday, June 20, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the town of Rosendale.
