46, address unavailabl­e, was arrested by Kingston police on Fair Street at 1:33 a.m. Sunday, June 20, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and with criminal use of drug parapherna­lia (packaging), a misdemeano­r. Further informatio­n was available.

• Endangerin­g the welfare:

Antonaisha Alyze-Marie Ruttledge, 23, address unavailabl­e, was arrested by Kingston police on Clinton Avenue at 4:13 p.m. Saturday, June 19, and was charged with endangerin­g the welfare of a minor, a misdemeano­r. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• Drugs: Paul Michael Strubel, 28, address unavailabl­e, was arrested by Kingston police on Center Street at 12:52 p.m. Saturday, June 19, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, both felonies, and with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug parapherna­lia (scales), both misdemeano­rs. • Drugs: Darren Curtis Landerway, 56, address unavailabl­e, was arrested by Kingston police on Broadway at 1:29 a.m. Friday, June 18, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• Drugs: Daniel P. Tuohy,

53, address unavailabl­e, was arrested by Kingston police on Broadway at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 17, and was charged with two felony counts of burglary (illegal entry with intent) stemming from a Feb. 25 incident on Garraghan Drive and a June 14 incident on Smith Avenue, and with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), two misdemeano­r counts of resisting arrest and two misdemeano­r counts of obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion. Esopus • DWI:

Thomas Perry, 40, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:29 p.m. Sunday, June 20, in the town of Esopus and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, following a traffic stop. He was issued tickets to appear in Esopus Town Court.

Lloyd • DWI:

Gustavo Sanchez Juarez, 28, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:09 a.m. Monday, June 21, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, both misdemeano­rs, following a traffic stop in the town of Lloyd. He was issued tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz • DWI:

Michele K. Tierney, 59, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:57 p.m. Sunday, June 20, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, following a traffic stop in the town of New Paltz. She was issued tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Rosendale

• DWI: Jose Desalagarc­ia, 42, of Yonkers, was arrested by Thruway state police at 8:01 p.m. Sunday, June 20, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, both misdemeano­rs, following a traffic stop in the town of Rosendale. He was issued tickets for Rosendale Town Court.

Wawarsing

• DWI: Alim Guzhusman,

24, of Jamaica, Queens, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 20, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, following a personal injury auto accident. He was issued tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
