• Unlicensed driving: Matthew A. Dequarto, 22, address unavailable, was arrested by Kingston Police at 12:13 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and was issued several tickets for traffic infractions. • DWI: Kevin R. Bryant, 23, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:29 a.m. Monday in the town of Lloyd and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued a ticket for Lloyd Town Court. • Drugs: Jada L. Jones, 19, of Kiamesha Way, and Syrna F. Leoniuk, of Forestburgh, were arrested by state police at Highland at 3:26 a.m.Monday, Dec. 13, in the town of Lloyd, and were each charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, and six counts each of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Town of Ulster
• DWI: Ian N. Hamilton, 37, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:39 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood/alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
