Town of Ulster
• Bail jumping: Jamal F. Green, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:10 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, and was charged with bail jumping, a misdemeanor. Green was released with a ticket for Ulster
Town Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Briana N. Griffin, 25, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:40 a.m. Sunday, Jan.
23, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Griffin was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Lloyd
• Drugs: William A. Vespe, 63, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 1:35 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 23, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a felony, and with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Vespe was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Marlborough
• Grand larceny: Clayton M. Serviss, 22, of Lloyd, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:15 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, and was charged with grand larceny, a felony, and with criminal impersonation and scheme to defraud, both misdemeanors. Serviss was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.
Rhinebeck
• Endangering: Tyvonne Butler, 23, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 2:07p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, and was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket for Rhinebeck Town Court.
• Assault: Alex D. Kellner, 62, of Houtman Road, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at about 5:25p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, and was charged with felony assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief. Kellner allegedly assaulted another person by striking that person with a ceramic bowl and causing injury, police said. The victim’s condition was not provided. Kellner was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
