Rhinebeck
• DWI: Anthony M. Gimigliano, 23, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 10:22p.m. Wednesday, April 27, in the village of Rhinebeck and was charged with driving while intoxicated and with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Gimigliano was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Court.
Town of Rochester
• Assault/aggravated family offense: Richard M. Jarvis, 33, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:28 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, and was charged with aggravated family offense and assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, both felonies, and with menacing with a weapon, a misdemeanor. Jarvis was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Wayne B. Rich Jr., 20, of Wesley Acres Road, Haines Falls, was arrested by Saugerties police on Wednesday, April 27, and was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, a misdemeanor. Rich was also cited for speeding, having a broken windshield and failure to stay in designated lane, all infractions, following a property damage motor vehicle crash at 739 Kings Highway in the town of Saugerties. Investigating officers tested Rich’s bloodalcohol content at 0.13 percent. He was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
Woodstock
• DWI: Scott Ian, 58, of Topanga, Calif., was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 10:45p.m. Tuesday, April 26, on Tinker Street and was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony, and with driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors. Ian, who police said was driving with a 10-year-old child in the vehicle, was released with tickets for Woodstock Town Court.
