City of Kingston

• DWI: Taliana D. Thomas, 34, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:08 a.m. Sunday, April 30, in the city of Kingston and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Thomas was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Birk C. Hansen, 25, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:55 a.m. Saturday, April

30, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Hansen was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Ellenville

• DWAI/drugs: Danielle E. Penman, 34, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:10 p.m. Friday, April 29, in the village of Ellenville, and was charged with one count each of driving while ability impaired by drugs and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. Penman was released with tickets for Ellenville Village Court.

• Tampering/drugs: Marcello L. Pissioni, 32, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:45 p.m. Friday, April 29, in the village of Ellenville, and was charged with one count of tampering with physical evidence (concealing and destroying), a felony. Pissioni was also charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count each of manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and criminal use of drug paraphernalia scales, all misdemeanors. Pissioni was held pending arraignment. • Drugs: Teresa M. Pandolfo, 53, of Westboro, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:15 p.m. Friday, April 29, in the village of Ellenville and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a felony. Pandolfo was released with tickets for Ellenville Village Court.

Marlborough

• DWI: Johnny R. Miles, 56, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:37 a.m. Saturday, April 30, in the town of Marlborough and was charged with driving while intoxicated (two previous convictions in 10 years) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both felonies. Miles was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Nicholas P. Gomez, 24, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:34 a.m. Saturday, April 30, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, a misdemeanor. Gomez was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.

Rosendale

• DWI: John R. Evans, 51, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:07 p.m. Friday, April 29, in the town of Rosendale, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Evans was released with tickets for Rosendale Town Court.
