City Of Kingston
• DWI: Sierra Gilmore, 23, of Esopus, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, and was charged with driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within 10 years) and aggravated driving while intoxicated (with prior conviction), and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all felonies. Gilmore was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Damaris Oliveras,
35, of Astoria, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:27 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, in the town of Catskill and was charged with driving while intoxicated and with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Oliveras was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Ellenville
• Bail jumping/obstructing: Dominick L. Sanchez, 21, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:29 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, and was charged with bail jumping, a felony; and with obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Sanchez was released with tickets for Ellenville Village Court
Lloyd
• Grand larceny: Ruiping Rodgers, 55, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland in Dutchess County at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, and was charged with grand larceny of property valued at more than $50,000, a felony. Rodgers was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
• DWI: William C. Hernandez, 50, of Clintondale, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, and charged with driving while intoxicated and with operating a motor vehicle with a bloodalcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Hernandez was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
• DWI: Khaleel McDonald, 23, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:38 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. McDonald was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
New Paltz
• Prohibited sale of alcoholic beverage: Mallikh D. Honorius, 22, of Hillburn, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:55 p.m. Friday, April 29, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a misdemeanor. Honorius was released with a ticket for New Paltz Court.
• Prohibited sale of alcoholic beverage: Jaskaran Singh, 22, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:19 p.m. Friday, April 29, in the town of New Paltz and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a misdemeanor. Singh was released with a ticket for New Paltz Court.
