City Of Kingston
• DWI: Michael C. Lukaszewski, 44, address unknown, was charged Monday, June 6, at about 5:30 p.m. in Kingston with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, according to the Kingston Police Department.
• Obstructing: Jade Noel Star Terwillegar, 27, address unknown, was charged Monday, June 6, at about 1:30 a.m. in Kingston with obstructing governmental administration and having a false inspection certificate, misdemeanors, according to the Kingston Police Department. Terwillegar was also issued tickets, police said.
Lloyd
• Weapons: Kenith J. Vargas, 19, of Newburgh, was arrested Monday, June 6, and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm, felonies, after he was found in possession of a ghost gun, according to the Lloyd Police Department. He was arraigned in the Lloyd Town Court and ordered held at Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000, police said. He was scheduled to be back in court on Tuesday, June 7.
• Drugs: Joseph J. Spranzman, 24, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Monday, May 30, and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, according to the Lloyd Police Department. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Lloyd Town Court on Thursday, June 9, police said.
• Drugs: Owen C. Garrison, 34, of Highland, was arrested on Sunday, May 29, and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to the Lloyd Police Department. He was released on an appearance ticket, police said. He is due in Lloyd Town Court on Thursday, June 9, police said.
Town Of Ulster
• DWI: Maximo L. Valdes, 39, of Jersey City, N.J., was arrested on Monday, June 6, at about 11:04p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, according to state police at Ulster. Valdes was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
