City Of Kingston

• DWI: Joseph N. Waterman, 51, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:07 p.m. Saturday, June 18, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Waterman was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Santiago Butler,

39, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:15p.m. Saturday, June 18, in the city of Kingston and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Butler was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Melissa D. Miller,

32, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:05a.m. Sunday, June 19, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Miller was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• Bail jumping: Michael F. Stevens, 28, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:05 p.m. Saturday, June 18, at 7:05 p.m. in the town of Catskill and was charged with bail jumping, a misdemeanor. Stevens was released pending a court appearance.

Livingston

• Fleeing officer: Gisette Batista, 28, of Reading,

Pa., was arrested by state police at Claverack at 2:16 a.m. Sunday, June 19, in the town of Livingston, and was charged with fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Batista was released with tickets for Livingston Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Justin S. Myles, 22, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:37 a.m. Sunday, June 19, in the town of Lloyd, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Myles was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• DWI: Aiden N. Leitner,

24, of East Quogue, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:55 a.m. Sunday, June 19, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Leitner was released with tickets for Lloyd Town

Court.

Saugerties

• DWI: Christopher J. McCullough, 25, of Highland Falls, was arrested by Thruway state police at 1:07 a.m. Sunday, June 19, in the town of Saugerties, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. McCullough was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.

Town Of Ulster

• DWI: Kent Zhang, 67, of Plano, New York, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:52a.m. Sunday, June 19, in the town of Ulster and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Zhang was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

• DWI: Robert T. Bailey,

50, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:26 p.m. Saturday, June 18, in the town of Ulster and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Bailey was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

• DWAI: Anthony D. Hilmi, 31, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:55 a.m. Sunday, June 19, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Hilmi was released to a third party pending a court appearance.
