City Of Kingston

• Criminal mischief: Michael K. Reis, 35, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston City Police at midnight Wednesday, June 27, on Garraghan Drive and was charged with criminal mischief and petit larceny, both misdemeano­rs. Reis’ status was not immediatel­y available.

• Criminal mischief: Rowan M. Jensen, 26, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston City Police at 10:05 a.m. Thursday, June 28, on Garraghan Drive and was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeano­r. Jensen was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

• Criminal trespass: Clarissa Marlea Fagerstrom, 44, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston City Police at Friday, July 1, at 9:27 p.m. on Colonial Drive, and was charged with criminal mischief. Fagerstrom’s status was not immediatel­y available.

Carrington was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• DWI: Vincent N. Palmieri, 30, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by the Lloyd Police Department Sunday, July 3, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r. Palmieri was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• DWI: Ivan Romero, 38, of Marlboro, was arrested by the Lloyd Police Department Friday, July 1, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r. Romero was released with tickets for Lloyd Town

Rochester

• Contempt: An 18-yearold Kerhonkson teen was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:16 p.m. Monday, July 4, and was charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeano­r. The teen was released on their own recognizan­ce. State police do not release the names of defendants under the age of 19.

• DWI: Seamus W. McCance,42, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:25 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, in the town of Rochester, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d (two previous conviction­s in 10 years, aggravated drunken driving (two prior) and aggravated unlicensed operation, all felonies. McCance was also charged with reckless driving, a misdemeano­r. McCance was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI: A 15-year-old Freehold teen was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:15 p.m. Monday, July 4, in the town of Saugerties, and was charged with grand larceny of a firearm, rifle and shotgun and criminal possession of a loaded firearm, both felonies. The teen was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court. State police do not release the names of defendants under the age of 19.

• DWI: Michael V. Civitarese, 27, was arrested by the Saugerties Police Department at 1:59 a.m. Sunday, July 3 in the parking lot of the McDonald’s at 350 state Route 212in the town of Saugerties, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion, both misdemeano­rs. Civitarese was also charged with refusal to take a chemical test, a violation. Police said they were called to the McDonald’s for reports of a male passed out in the drive-thru lane and after investigat­ing they allegedly found him to be intoxicate­d. Authoritie­s said after taking Civitarese into custody and bringing him to police headquarte­rs he was uncooperat­ive and refused to allow police to administer him a breathalyz­er test, fingerprin­t and photograph him. Civitarese was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court where a judge revoked his driving privileges and released him on his own recognizan­ce with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
