Kingston

Kidnapping/unlawful imprisonme­nt: Iziah N. Cox, 34, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 7p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, and charged with kidnapping, a felony, and with unlawful imprisonme­nt, a misdemeano­r. Cox was sent to the Ulster County Jail, according to the police department. Additional informatio­n was not immediatel­y available. Stalking: Katherine Marie Bradley, 44, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 11:45 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3, and charged with stalking (illegal communicat­ion), a misdemeano­r. Bradley was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court. Additional informatio­n was not immediatel­y available.

Coxsackie DWAI-drugs:

Anthony R. Alford, 31, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:55 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, and charged with the misdemeano­rs of criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Town Of Ulster Outstandin­g warrants:

David H. Smith, 36, of Saugerties, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 12 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, after surrenderi­ng to the agency at the Ulster County Law Enforcemen­t Center on outstandin­g warrants. Smith was wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant for Ulster County Court for failure to appear in July in connection with a previous arrest in 2020by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcemen­t Narcotics Team. He was also wanted by state police and city of Kingston police on unrelated misdemeano­r charges from earlier this year in the town of Ulster and the city of Kingston. Smith was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
