Kingston
Kidnapping/unlawful imprisonment: Iziah N. Cox, 34, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 7p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, and charged with kidnapping, a felony, and with unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor. Cox was sent to the Ulster County Jail, according to the police department. Additional information was not immediately available. Stalking: Katherine Marie Bradley, 44, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 11:45 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3, and charged with stalking (illegal communication), a misdemeanor. Bradley was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court. Additional information was not immediately available.
Coxsackie DWAI-drugs:
Anthony R. Alford, 31, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:55 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, and charged with the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Town Of Ulster Outstanding warrants:
David H. Smith, 36, of Saugerties, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 12 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, after surrendering to the agency at the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center on outstanding warrants. Smith was wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant for Ulster County Court for failure to appear in July in connection with a previous arrest in 2020by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team. He was also wanted by state police and city of Kingston police on unrelated misdemeanor charges from earlier this year in the town of Ulster and the city of Kingston. Smith was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
