Kingston
Obstruction of breathing: Joshua Zeno Slater, 27, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 8:06 p.m. Monday, Oct.
17, on Snyder Avenue and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing (two counts) and aggravated harassment (injure family), both misdemeanors. Slater’s status was not immediately available.
Harassment/criminal
mischief: John David Lowe, 54, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 9:15 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17, on Tammany Street and charged with misdeanor criminal mischief (intentional property damage) and harassment (physical contact), a violation. Lowe’s status was not immediately available.
Catskill
Drugs: Amanda L. Parise, 37, of Catskill, and Frederick C. Carney, 55, of Saugerties, were arrested at about 1:50a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, in the village of Catskill. Parise was charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) and criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug with intent to sell), and with the misdemeanors of criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging), manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Carney was charged with the criminal possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Both Parise and Carney were released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Plattekill
Rape: Jason A. King, 41, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, and charged with felony rape (forcible compulsion). King was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or a $500,000 bond. Additional information was not immediately available.
Town Of Rochester
Obstruction of breathing/
assault: Dante E. Yinger, 23, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:20 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, and charged with assault (with intent to cause physical injury) and criminal obstruction of breathing, both misdemeanors. Yinger was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
