Kingston
DWI/obstruction: Idaizha M. Ramirez, 25, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:30a.m. Monday, Oct. 24, and charged with the felonies of aggravated unlicensed driving and driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within 10years), and the misdemeanors of obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Ramirez was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Endangering child: Mackenzie M. Lockwood, 21, and Christopher Donte Harden, 32, addresses not provided, were arrested by Kingston police on Maple Street at about 12 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23. Both were charged with one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child. They were both released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Drugs: Michael Steven Spiecker, 36, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on East Chester Street at 2:40 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Spiecker was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
DWI: William S. Mahon, 55, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on Broadway at 10:46 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, and charged with the misdemeanors of aggravated unlicensed driving, driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%. Mahon’s status was not immediately available. Endangering: Manuel Lopez-Hernandez, 34, was arrested by Kingston police at 1Garraghan Drive at 10:34 a.m. Friday, Oct. 21, and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Lopez-Hernandez was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Plattekill
DWI: Frank J. Magner, 53, of Plattekill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and driving while intoxicated. Magner was released with tickets for Plattekill Town Court.
