WREATH FINERIES AT THE WINERIES – SHAWANGUNK WINE TRAIL

DEC3&411AM-5PM $48 – $53 - Bust out your fun seasonal attire or ugly sweater (not required, but encouraged) and get a jump on your holiday wine shopping. The wineries will be decked out for the season and are very excited to welcome you back. This event is a great opportunity to taste a variety of wines produced in the Hudson Valley. Tickets are moving fast and will sell out. One day admission includes a wine tasting flight at the four wineries on your itinerary.

HOLIDAY HUNT IN THE MANSION

DEC 4, 11 & 18, 12 PM – 4 PM Locust Grove Estate

2683 South Road Poughkeepsie It’s a Holiday Hunt for sugar plums and more hidden in the holiday festooned rooms of Locust Grove’s historic mansion! Bring your kids and family to this very special scavenger hunt themed on everyone’s favorite holiday story “A Visit from St. Nicholas”. Learn how the Young family celebrated in the mansion long ago and marvel at the 18 decorated trees on display. The scavenger hunt tour lasts about 45 minutes and includes rooms on three different floors of the mansion. Holiday Hunt is most suitable for kids ages 4 and older and their caregivers. BRUNCH WITH SANTA PAWS

4th in Hutton Hall at The Hutton Brickyards for brunch with Santa Paws and other adoptable Ulster County SPCA dogs, with a portion of the proceeds going to the UCSPCA. We will also be collecting donations in the form of new, unused socks, for the Kingston People’s Place Project Santa, for infants all the way up to teenagers! Our buffet-style brunch features locally sourced ingredients, as well as one complimentary bloody mary or mimosa with each purchased adult ticket. A cash bar will also be available, featuring our Brickyard Bellini and Hutton Hall-iday Punch!

THE 2022 FALL SEMESTER CONCERT SERIES

DEC 8, 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM SUNY Ulster The holiday spirit continues with the second half of the SUNY Ulster Music Departments Fall Semester Concert Series. Holiday music from around the world is featured in this performance including Dance of the Sugar-Plum Fairy, Gavotte en Rondeau, and Cantate Domino. This event is free and open to the public, tickets are not required. COVID-19 screening will take place during check-in. Donations are greatly appreciated.

10TH MADE IN KINGSTON

DECEMBER 8 @ 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Free - Expo of all things made in Kingston, at the YMCA in Midtown, the city’s up-andcoming arts district. Open to the public. In addition to more than four dozen local artists, the evening will feature local food and beverages. Registration for this event closes November 5th, 2022.

WATERCOLOR HOLIDAY GNOMES WITH SHANA CIRCE

UPCYCLED HOLIDAY ORNAMENTS FOR KIDS! (WOODSTOCK LIBRARY)

DEC 9, 4 PM – 5:15 PM Woodstock Public Library District 5 Library Ln, Woodstock, NY Join the UCRRA Recycling Outreach Team in celebrating the holidays with an upcycled ornament workshop for kids! Upcycling is a fun and creative way to reimagine unwanted items and turn them into new, useful items or works of art! The holidays are a wonderful time to spend with family and friends, decorate, and exchange gifts. All craft materials will be provided. Parade at noon; Carnival is at Hasbrouck Park from 1-3 p.m. The parade will kick-off at noon from the New Paltz Middle School and process to Hasbrouck Park located at 15 Mohonk Avenue in New Paltz.
