DWI: Keith M. Puig, 25, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:40 a.m. Thursday, Nov.

24, in the town of Lloyd and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r. Puig was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

DWI: Jessica N. Earl, 26, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Earl was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court. DWI: Fernando Berrios, 22, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:53 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Berrios was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.

DWI: Ryan Sass, 21, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:43 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, in the village of New Paltz and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Sass was released with tickets for New Paltz Village Court.

DWI: Ian M. Samko, 30, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:24 am. Thursday, Nov. 24, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Samko was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.

Rhinebeck

Endangerin­g: Steven E. Semke, 41, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, and was charged with endangerin­g the welfare of a child, criminal contempt (disobeying a court order) and criminal mischief (preventing an emergency call), all misdemeano­rs. Semke was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.

DWI: John P. Cassidy, 62, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:12p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Cassidy was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
