Adult Learning Community’s Winter 2023progra­mming, includes presentati­ons on Wednesdays, Jan. 4and March 1, as well as a minicourse series on Feb. 1and 8. • The Kripplebus­h-Lyonsville Fire District will be hosting its annual organizati­onal meeting on Thursday, Jan. 5, at 6:30 p.m., at 519Pine Bush Road, Stone Ridge.

• The Rhinebeck Police Department, in conjunctio­n with the Village of Rhinebeck and the Starr Library will present a community Narcan training on Tuesday, Jan. 10, at 6p.m. Narcan is used to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. • UlsterCorp­s will honor volunteers from service organizati­ons throughout Ulster County with a special Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebratio­n on Saturday, Jan. 14, from noon to 2p.m. at the Rosendale Recreation Center at 1055, state Route 32, Rosendale.
