Kingston
DWI: Nery Roca Tohon, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:05 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Roca Tohon was released to a third party.
DWI: Carlos M. Arroyo, 20, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:30 p.m. Friday, Feb.
10, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Arroyo was released with tickets for Kingston City Court. DWI: Joseph E. Walker, 47, of Chatham, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Further information about Walker’s status was not immediately available.
DWI: Maria V. Amarilla Barrios, 23, of Olivebridge, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Amarilla Barrios was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Lloyd
Criminal impersonation: Howard Place, 52, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:19 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, and charged with criminal impersonation, unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and violation of criminal procedure law, all misdemeanors. Place was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Marlborough
DWI: Douglas S. Nardello, 31, of Bay Shore, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:57 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Nardello was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.
New Paltz
Drugs: Will Solomon Sloane, 23, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:23 p.m., Friday, Feb. 10, and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. Further information was unavailable. DWI: David E. Reid, 23, of Rosendale, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:02 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Reid was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
Olive
DWI: Samantha Nichole O’Donnell, 23, of Shokan, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:36p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. O’Donnell was released with tickets for Olive Town Court.
Saugerties
DWI: Mallory E. Fanning, 35, of Mahopac, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:51a.m. Friday, Feb. 10, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. Fanning was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
Criminal mischief: Tyler J. Brinkhuis, 26, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 12:45 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, at 125 Delaware St., and charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Police said a dispute between neighbors occurred after the caller put up a snow fence along her property line, which, authorities said, prompted Brinkhuis to go outside and yell at the caller before he ripped down the fence. Brinkhuis was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
