Lloyd
• Falsifying business
records: Kasie Fabiano, 40, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9 p.m. Friday, May 19, and was charged with seven counts of falsifying business records, all felonies. She was also charged with seven counts of obtaining a prescription for a controlled substance by fraud, all misdemeanors. Fabiano was being held at the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a court appearance.
New Paltz
• DWI: Eudomar Delfin de Macedo Cermeno, 29, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:36 a.m. Saturday, May
20, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Macedo Cermeno was released with tickets for New Paltz Town
Court.
Shawangunk
• DWAI: Peter V. DeCarlo, 57, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:10 p.m. Friday, May 19, following a two-car crash at Wallkill Avenue and Main Street, and was charged with driving a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and driving while ability impaired by drugs or a combination of alcohol and drugs), both misdemeanors. Police said no injuries were reported in the collision. Decarlo was released with tickets for Shawangunk Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Harassment: Casey L. Crowley, 25, of Jeffersonville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:34 p.m. Friday, May 19 and was charged with aggravated harassment (physical contact due to race, religion, sex or age), a misdemeanor. Crowley was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
