Esopus

• DWI: Kevin D. Birch,

59, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies on Broadway at about 5:55 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, following a report of an erratic vehicle. The vehicle was found near the Esopus Fire Department and Birch was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r. Birch was released with a ticket for Esopus Town Court.

• DWI: Carlos M. Breton, 32, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies on Broadway in Ulster Park at about 4:30 a.m. on Sept. 24, after a traffic stop for an alleged infraction. Breton was charged with felony driving while intoxicate­d with a child in the vehicle and while his license was suspended, and with the misdemeano­rs of driving while intoxicate­d and aggravated unlicensed driving. Breton was released with tickets for Esopus Town Court.

Hurley

• Weapon/drugs: Tabatha A. Rogers, 25, of Howes Cave, and Justin Wainwright, 20, of Gilboa, were arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 9:35 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, on Cottekill Road in Marbletown after a traffic stop for an alleged infraction. Rogers was charged with felony criminal possession of a firearm and the misdemeano­r of criminal possession of a controlled substance (two counts). Wainwright was charged with felony criminal possession of a firearm, and with the misdemeano­rs of criminal possession of a weapon (two counts), criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving. They were both released with tickets for Hurley Town Court.

Town of Kingston

• DWI: Garlan Jude Brosnahan, 33, of West Warwick, R.I., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:01 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%. Brosnahan was released with tickets for Kingston Town Court.

Marbletown

• Contempt: Paul T. Lebonitte, 70, of High Falls, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:48p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, and charged with criminal contempt of a court order, a misdemeano­r. Lebonitte was released with a ticket for Marbletown Town Court.

Plattekill

• DWI: Logan Ercolino, 24, of Newburgh, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 2:20 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, after a traffic stop on state Route 32 for an alleged infraction. Following an investigat­ion, Ercolino was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r. Ercolino was released with tickets for Plattekill Town Court.

• Drugs: Paul M. Grey, 41, and William H. Grey, 40, both of Newburgh, were arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, following a traffic stop on state Route 32 for an alleged traffic infraction. Subsequent investigat­ion resulted in Paul Grey, who allegedly possessed cocaine, and William Grey, who allegedly possessed fentanyl, being charged with the misdemeano­rs of criminal possession of a controlled substance and obstructin­g government­al administra­tion. They were both released with tickets for Plattekill Town Court.

Ulster

• Attempt to obstruct government­al administra­tion: Darryl T. Baker, 40, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, and charged with the misdemeano­rs of attempted reckless driving and attempted obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion. Baker was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
