Ellenville
Menacing with a weapon/ endangering:
Anaiah Torres, 19, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:10p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, and charged with four misdemeanor counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, one misdemeanor count of menacing with a weapon and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use. Torres was released with tickets for Ellenville Village Court.
Lloyd DWI:
Christopher D. Whitcas, 37, of Maywood, N.J., was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:29p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Whitcas was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Plattekill
DWI: Devone Anthony Coleman, 45, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:25a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and driving while intoxicated. Coleman was released with tickets for Plattekill Town Court.
Town of Ulster DWI:
Arkadiusz Makowski, 47, of West Babylon, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:08a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Makowski was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
Windham DWI:
Bethany Leana Busanic, 30, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:12a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and driving while intoxicated. Busanic was released with tickets for Windham Town Court.
