KINGSTON
DWI: Michele Ragussis, 53, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%. Ragussis was released with tickets for Kingston City Court. DWI: Brian S. Guerin, 29, of New Hope, Pennsylvania, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:08a.m. Sunday,
Oct. 15, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%. Guerin was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
CATSKILL
DWI: Shane Quinn, 51, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill in the village at 9:20 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, in the village and charged with the felonies of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% (both with two prior convictions within 10 years). Quinn was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court. DWI/obstructing governmental administration: Kevin Sbalbi, 36, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:27 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and obstructing governmental administration. Sbalbi was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Drugs: Joshua M. Weisinger, 41, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:20 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, in the village and charged with three misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia. Weisinger was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
TOWN OF ULSTER
DWI: Brandon Lee Kidder, 29, of Varysburg, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4a.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08%. Kidder was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
