Kingston
Drugs: Ontario Shamore Johnson, 26, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on Greenkill Avenue at about 12:11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 7, and charged with felonies of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug with intent to sell) and criminal possession of
a controlled substance/ narcotic, and with misdemeanor criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging). Johnson was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Leaving scene of property damage accident: Taylor Anne Lane, 34, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 5:11p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, at Fireman’s Park at the intersection of Washington and Hurley avenues and charged with the misdemeanor of aggravated unlicensed driving, and the infractions of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving an uninsured vehicle and following too closely. Lane was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Hurley
DWI: Arthur T. Daley, 35, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, and charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Daley was released with a ticket for Hurley Town Court.
Saugerties
Attempted assault/criminal mischief: Stephanie C. Miriello, 43, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 4:23 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, in connection with a dispute alleged to have happened on Saturday, Nov. 4, on Jackson Hill Road. Miriello was charged with the misdemeanors of attempted assault and criminal mischief. Miriello was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
