Kingston
• DWI: Mark David Castiglione, 49, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on Smith Avenue at about 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 28. Castiglione was charged with felony driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, and with the misdemeanors of circumventing a courtordered ignition interlock device and aggravated unlicensed driving. Castiglione was released with tickets for Kingston City Court. Additional information was not immediately available.
Catskill
• DWI: Kelsey T. Waybright, 31, of Plattsburgh, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:07p.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and obstructing governmental administration. Waybright was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• DWI: Christin M. Ripley, 40, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 11:42 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08%. Ripley was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Dylan Sean Mackenzie, 28, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:28 a.m. Friday, Dec. 29, and charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Mackenzie was released with a ticket for New Paltz Court.
