Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report

The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system. Any person(s) charged with an offense or offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

CITY OF KINGSTON

DWI: Derek J. Cafaldo, 41, of Mount Marion, was arrested by state police at Ulster on Saturday, Dec. 30, at 9:30 p.m., and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Cafaldo was released to a third party.

CATSKILL Criminal mischief:

Stephen R. Devita, 39, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill on Saturday, Dec. 30, at 12:46 p.m., and charged with criminal mischief and criminal contempt, both felonies, and making graffiti, petit larceny and aggravated harassment, all misdemeanors. Devita was held in the Greene County Jail without bail.

GARDINER

DWI: Cameron Healy Mackay, 34, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:09 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 31, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Mackay was released to a third party.

ROCHESTER

Menacing: William Clark, 27, of Shokan, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:30 p.m. and charged with menacing, a misdemeanor. Clark was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.

WAWARSING

DWI: Justin Ryan Nunez, 34, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:08 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Nunez was released to a third party.
