Kingston

Criminal mischief: An unidentifi­ed 19 year old was arrested by Kingston police at Kingston City Court, 1Garraghan Drive, at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 2, and charged with criminal mischief (property valued at more than $250), a felony. The individual arrested was not identified by Kingston police.

Criminal contempt: Serrena N. Labreque, 27, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 7:15 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, at the Broadway Bubble Laundromat, 718 Broadway, and charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeano­r, for allegedly violating an order of protection. Labreque was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

Drugs: Sonja Brink, 43, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:01 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, and charged with the misdemeano­rs of criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufactur­ing drug-related parapherna­lia. Brink was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Drugs: Paul R. Vanbenscho­ten, 52, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:38 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, and charged with felony criminal possession of cocaine (500 milligrams) and with the misdemeano­rs of manufactur­ing drug parapherna­lia and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Vanbenscho­ten was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Shandaken

DWI: Paul Kelly, 65, of Shandaken, was arrested by Shandaken police at 3:17 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, after officers responded to a 911 call reporting an erratic vehicle on state Route 28westboun­d. Kelly was stopped for the violation of moving from lane unsafely and was found to be intoxicate­d by alcohol, authoritie­s said. He was charged with the misdemeano­r of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.17% and the violations of moving from lane unsafely and unsafe front tires. Kelly was released with tickets for Shandaken Town Court.

Wawarsing

Criminal mischief: Corey S. Keyser, 33, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:50 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, and charged with the felony of criminal mischief (damage to another person’s property valued at more than $250. Keyser was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
