Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report
The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system. Any person(s) charged with an offense or offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Kingston
Criminal mischief: An unidentified 19 year old was arrested by Kingston police at Kingston City Court, 1Garraghan Drive, at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 2, and charged with criminal mischief (property valued at more than $250), a felony. The individual arrested was not identified by Kingston police.
Criminal contempt: Serrena N. Labreque, 27, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 7:15 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, at the Broadway Bubble Laundromat, 718 Broadway, and charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, for allegedly violating an order of protection. Labreque was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
Drugs: Sonja Brink, 43, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:01 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, and charged with the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia. Brink was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Drugs: Paul R. Vanbenschoten, 52, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:38 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, and charged with felony criminal possession of cocaine (500 milligrams) and with the misdemeanors of manufacturing drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Vanbenschoten was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Shandaken
DWI: Paul Kelly, 65, of Shandaken, was arrested by Shandaken police at 3:17 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, after officers responded to a 911 call reporting an erratic vehicle on state Route 28westbound. Kelly was stopped for the violation of moving from lane unsafely and was found to be intoxicated by alcohol, authorities said. He was charged with the misdemeanor of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.17% and the violations of moving from lane unsafely and unsafe front tires. Kelly was released with tickets for Shandaken Town Court.
Wawarsing
Criminal mischief: Corey S. Keyser, 33, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:50 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, and charged with the felony of criminal mischief (damage to another person’s property valued at more than $250. Keyser was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
