Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report

The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system. Any person(s) charged with an offense or offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Kingston

DWI: Kimberley Coddington, 42, and Laurence E. Clark, 42, both of Kingston, were arrested by state police at Ulster on Sunday, March 10. Coddington was arrested at 3:22 p.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Clark was arrested later at 3:46 p.m. and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. Coddington was released on her own recognizance and Clark was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Lloyd

DWAI/drugs: Vivian Ellen

Fox, 58, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Lloyd at 9:53 p.m. Sunday, March 10, and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Fox was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Plattekill DWI:

Thomas G. Carroll, 24, of Wawarsing, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:30 a.m. Monday, March 11, and charged with bail jumping, a misdemeanor. Further information about Carroll’s status was not available.

Wawarsing

DWI: Thecla M. Baron,

63, of Monticello, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:21 p.m. Sunday, March 10, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Baron was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town

Court.
