Catskill

DWI: Ryan M. Montville, 38, of East Jewett, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1 a.m. Tuesday, March 26, and charged with driving while intoxicate­d (previous conviction within 10 years), driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08% and aggravated unlicensed operation, all felonies. Montville was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.

Lloyd

Public Lewdness: Andrew J. Lehmkuhl, 39, of New York City, was arrested by the Lloyd Police Department on Sunday, March 24, and charged with public lewdness, a misdemeano­r. Authoritie­s said he masturbate­d in his car in the parking lot of the Hannaford at 3650 U.S. Route 9W in Highland. Lehmkuhl was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Criminal mischief: Jake A. Holt, 19, of Highland, was arrested by the Lloyd Police Department on Wednesday, March 20, and charged with criminal mischief, a felony, and harassment, a misdemeano­r, after police say he was involved in a domestic dispute and violated an order of protection. Holt was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Town of Ulster

Drugs: Frank Gromoll, 32, of Kingston, and Michael G. Demand, 38, of West Hurley, were arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:07a.m. Tuesday, March 26. Gromoll was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a felony, and four misdemeano­r counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Demand was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeano­rs. Gromoll and Demand were both released with appearance tickets for Ulster Town Court.
