Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report
The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system. Any person(s) charged with an offense or offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Catskill
DWI: Ryan M. Montville, 38, of East Jewett, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1 a.m. Tuesday, March 26, and charged with driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within 10 years), driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08% and aggravated unlicensed operation, all felonies. Montville was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Lloyd
Public Lewdness: Andrew J. Lehmkuhl, 39, of New York City, was arrested by the Lloyd Police Department on Sunday, March 24, and charged with public lewdness, a misdemeanor. Authorities said he masturbated in his car in the parking lot of the Hannaford at 3650 U.S. Route 9W in Highland. Lehmkuhl was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Criminal mischief: Jake A. Holt, 19, of Highland, was arrested by the Lloyd Police Department on Wednesday, March 20, and charged with criminal mischief, a felony, and harassment, a misdemeanor, after police say he was involved in a domestic dispute and violated an order of protection. Holt was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Town of Ulster
Drugs: Frank Gromoll, 32, of Kingston, and Michael G. Demand, 38, of West Hurley, were arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:07a.m. Tuesday, March 26. Gromoll was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a felony, and four misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Demand was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. Gromoll and Demand were both released with appearance tickets for Ulster Town Court.
