Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report
The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system. Any person(s) charged with an offense or offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Kingston
Strangulation: Earl Clinton Richmond Morgan, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, and charged with strangulation, a felony, and criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor. Morgan was arraigned on Thursday, April 4. Kingston police could not provide additional information about the results of the arraignment.
Catskill
Criminal contempt/harassment:
Paul T. Raymos, 40, of Rome, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5:30p.m. Wednesday, April 3, and charged with criminal contempt, a felony, and the misdemeanors of aggravated harassment and stalking. Raymos was sent to Greene County Jail on cash bail.
Lloyd
Criminal contempt:
Devine Harden, 31, of Highland, was arrested by Town of Lloyd police Saturday, March 30, and charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Harden was released with a ticket for Town of Lloyd Court.
Criminal contempt/ unlawful imprisonment:
Aldo Luis, 18, of Hyde Park, was arrested by Town of Lloyd police Sunday, March 31, and charged with criminal contempt, a felony, and unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor. Luis was sent to Ulster County Jail with a cash bail of $2,000. Grand larceny: John J. Dominy, 53, currently incarcerated, was arrested by Town of Lloyd police Tuesday, April 2, and charged with grand larceny, a felony. Dominy was arraigned and sent back to Ulster County Jail. Police said Dominy is homeless.
Plattekill Assault:
Theresa J. Acosta, 41, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9p.m. Wednesday, April 3, and charged with assault, a misdemeanor. Acosta was released with a ticket for Plattekill Town Court.
