GARDINER
DWI: Jillian Martin Etnel,
20, of Blooming Grove, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:52 a.m. Sunday, April 21, and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Etnel was released with tickets for Gardiner Town Court.
NEW PALTZ
DWI: Logan Elijah Marder Ayala, 19, of Astoria, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 12:55 a.m. Sunday, April 21, and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, and possession of a forged instrument, all misdemeanors. Ayala was released to a third party.
OLIVE
DWI/unlicensed operation: Victor J. Barreiro, 63, of Boiceville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:48 p.m. Saturday, April 20, following a traffic accident, and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors. Grand larceny: Michael E. Ranken, 50, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:42 a.m. on Sunday, April 21, and charged with grand larceny, a felony, and the attempted misdemeanor of petit larceny.
SAUGERTIES Obstruction of governmental administration:
Bradley R. Houghtaling, 36, of Jefferson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:40 a.m. Sunday, April 21, and charged with obstruction of governmental administration and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors. Houghtaling was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
