Spring City home burglarized twice
SPRING CITY » State police are investigating after a home was burglarized twice during October in the 700 block of Pughtown Road.
Police said a small amount of jewelry and personal identification documents were stolen during the first burglary on Oct. 3. Another burglary took place on Oct. 8, according to police reports. During the second incident more jewelry and several electronic devices were stolen, police said.
Anyone with information about either incident is asked to call the state police at 610-486-6280.
East Marlborough
Several pieces of jewelry of were stolen after someone forced their way into a home sometime between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the 200 block of Elk Creek Road.
Police said someone broke down the home’s side door. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call state police at 610-268-2022.
Honey Brook
A black Samsung Galazy S5 cell phone was stolen from an office at the Turkey Hill Mini Mart around 5 p.m. on Oct. 21, according to state police.

DUI
The following people were recently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance:
• Margaret O’Grady, 50, of Christiana, was arrested following a traffic stop around 8:40 p.m. on Oct. 24 on West Strasburg Road west of Lieds Road.
• Richard Allen Maitre II, 42, was arrested for DUI and drug possession following a traffic stop on Route 10 south of Connor Road around 11:20 p.m. on Oct. 20 in Lower Oxford, according to state police.
• Jason Francis Nask, 30, of Kennett Square, was arrested following a traffic stop around 12:25 a.m. on Oct. 19 on Route 82 near Route 842 in East Marlborough, according to state police.
