Belen and Steve Ratcliffe of York joyfully announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Ratcliffe, to Bobby Jacobs, son of Bob and Cheryl Jacobs of West Chester.
The bride attended York Suburban High School and graduated from Penn State University in 2012 with a bachelors degree in media studies.
The groom attended West Chester East High School and graduated from Penn State University in 2011 with a bachelors degree in communications. He works for Stryker Sustainability Solutions.
The couple are planning a August 2015 wedding.
