Family Caregiver Support Group: If you are caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease, who is caring for you? The informational & supportive group design makes it possible for families to learn more about the disease as well as understand their feelings about the changes dementia has made on their daily lives. Children of Aging Parents (CAPS): Support Group Meetings will be held the second Monday of every month at Ashbridge Manor Senior Living, 971 E. Lancaster Avenue in Downingtown, 6:30-7:30p.m. and facilitated by Ruth Hoskins, PhD, LCS. CAPS’ mission is to assist caregivers of the elderly with reliable information, referrals, publications and programs promoting public awareness for the urgent needs and the profound value of caregivers.
