Elaine Phillips Howard of Downingtown Donna D. Balistreri of Coatesville
Elaine Phillips Howard, 87, of Downingtown, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015, at her home. She was the loving wife of the late Joseph W. Howard, with whom she shared 47 years of marriage at the time of his passing in 1999.
Born in Fries, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Clarence M. and Marie Murphy Phillips.
She was a member of Downingtown Methodist Church; and was known as a very loving, caring and giving person.
She is survived by her brother, William L. Phillips of Glenmoore; sisters-in-law, Ruth Phillips of Downingtown and Ger tr ude Phillips of West Chester; and by numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Kyle, Foster and Guy Phillips.
Funeral and interment services are private.

Donna D. Balistreri, 71, of Coatesville, passed away peacefully at her home on Easter morning surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Michael J. Balistreri with whom she shared 34 years of marriage.
Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Graham and Dora Coldren Drumeler. Donna was an area resident all her life and a 1963 graduate of the Coatesville Area School District. She was employed by the Caln Police Department, in Thorndale for 30 years, retiring in 2006. She was a life member of the Federal Order of Police and a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Coatesville, Pa.
She is survived by three children, Richard McBride, Jr and wife Pam, Tami Balistreri-Kirby, wife of Keith Kirby and Michael Balistreri and wife Danette, six grandchildren; Andrew D. MacDonald, Daniel McBride and his girlfriend Danielle Kusnierc - zyk, Kelsey Martin, Amanda D. Balistreri, Rylee McBride and Jacob McBride and one brother, Robert Drumeler and his wife Mary Ann of Coatesville. She was preceded in death by a brother Gary Drumeler.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
