Dorothy E. Puza of Coatesville

Dorothy E. Puza, 89, died Monday, February 15, 2016 at HickoryHouse Nursing Home.

She was the wife of Jerome C. Puza, who preceded her in death in 2011.

Born in Shamokin, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Julia Rickert.

Dorothy was employed at the South BrandywineMiddle School Cafeteria from 1974 thru 1984. She received the CASD outstanding service award for volunteer service on multiple occasions while her daughter and granddaughterwere students.

Surviving her is a daughter, Gail P., wife of John J. Luminella, Jr.; a granddaughter, Kristy L. Luminella, fiancée of Michael J. JONES, ELLENLAURA>> 87, of Oxford, on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016 at Ware Presbyterian Village, Oxford. Arrangements are being handled by the Edward L. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri L. Puza.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 20, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Church, 404 Charles St., Coatesville. Relatives and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, February 19 and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at the HarrisMountain Funeral & Cremation Service, 1030 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville.

Entombment will be in St. AgnesMausoleum, West Chester.
