For the third consecutive year, Main Line Health was recognized by The Advisory Board with its 2016 Workplace of the Year Award. The award was presented on March 22 at the organization’s National Summit in Chicago.

The award, which was previously called the Excellence in Engagement Award, recognizes hospitals and health systems nationwide that have outstanding levels of employee engagement. Main Line Health is one of 20 organizations nationwide to receive the award out of a national database of 650 hospitals and health systems.

Founded in 1985, Main Line Health is a not-for-profit health system serving portions of Philadelphia and its western suburbs. At its core are four acute care hospitals: Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Paoli Hospital and Riddle Hospital.

Also in the system are Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Mirmont Treatment Center and HomeCare & Hospice.
