Man arrested on warrant, drug charges
CHRISTIANA >> A Lancaster man who was arrested for drug charges and possessing a weapon of mass destruction was also arrested for a warrant out of Chester County.
Christiana Borough Police Department arrested Dustin Allen Marrion, 32, of Gap, on March 1, according to his online criminal report. He is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver, possessing a weapon of mass destruction, reckless endangerment, drug paraphernalia and two summary citations for the unregistered vehicle, according to his online criminal report. Pennsylvania State Police in Lancaster County said on Friday that they were unable to release what the warrant was for in Chester County, and Christiana police could not be immediately reached.
LNP Lancaster Online reported that Christiana police conducted a traffic stop on Marrion’s vehicle for an expired registration, and when they searched the vehicle with consent, they allegedly found 78 bags of heroin,
29.6 grams of methamphetamine, a stick of dynamite,
three knives including two that were altered, smoking materials, drug packaging/dealing supplies, $299 in cash, a machete hidden in a spare tire well area and
three BB/airsoft guns. The bags of heroin were stamped “head banger,” “hang over,” “turbo diesel” and “ram.”
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
According to his online criminal report, Marrion is in Lancaster County Prison, unable to post bail set at $1 million. Marrion was arraigned on Thursday in front of Magisterial District Judge Mary Mongiovi
Sponaugle. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 20 in front of Magisterial District Judge Raymond S. Sheller.
