Police seek two missing persons in Chester County

Police are seeking two missing persons, one in West Whiteland Township, one in Phoenisvil­le.

The West Whiteland Township Police Department is attempting to locate Dawn Carlucci. Carlucci is a 53-year-old female and should be operating a silver 2007 Nissan Maxima bearing Pennsylvan­ia registrati­on FWE9704. Carlucci was last seen at her residence in Exton around 8:30 a.m. on Friday. She left her residence without her personal belongings and cell phone. She was supposed to be going to yoga class, but never arrived there. She has not been seen or heard from since leaving her residence. There are no signs of foul play, but Carlucci may be suffering from some mental health issues. Anyone with informatio­n is asked to contact the West Whiteland Township Police Department at 610-692-5100.

Phoenixvil­le Police say they are on the lookout for a 15-yearold from Berks County who was seen in the area.

In a post Wednesday, Phoenixvil­le Police said they are looking for Nicole Will, 15, of Mount Penn. Police said she may be in the company of an 18- or 19-year-old male named Chris.

Officers said she was spotted in Phoenixvil­le on Wednesday and according to some other posts that appear to be from the girl’s father, she was also seen at the King of Prussia Mall in the early evening on Thursday. The post indicates that Will is shown in security footage limping.

Will is described as 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs 140

pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a light-colored tank top with a light (possibly pink) back

pack and shorts.

Police are asking that anyone who has seen her dial 911. She is entered into NCIC by Berks County police.
