TWO-VEHICLE ACCIDENT » Christina Jones, 48, of Blue Bell struck another vehicle as it was turning left at Baltimore Pike and Pennsbury Way on Aug. 3 at 6:44 p.m. in Pennsbury Township. No one was hurt, police said. ONE-CAR ACCIDENT » Louis Kopeika, 23, of Oxford suffered a suspected minor injury when he was speeding to fast for conditions on Hickory Hill Road in East Nottingham Township on Aug. 5 at 4:57 p.m. and lost control, leaving the roadway and hitting a tree stump, police said. AGGRAVATED ASSAULT » Michael David Sides, 53, of Landenberg pointed a firearm at two people and threatened to shoot them in the 10 block of Beechwood Drive in Franklin Township on Aug. 13 at 5 a.m., police said. CORRUPTION OF MINORS » A 46-year-old woman allegedly sent explicit photograph­s to an underage male in the 100 block of McDonald Way in Lower Oxford Township in early January, police said. ARGUMENT AND DRUGS » Police responded to the report of an argument in the Walmart parking lot in Lower Oxford on May 31 at 11:06 p.m. and found two people in a car, Carrie Renee Atwood and Timothy Wayne Hughes. Numerous drugs were found in the car, and Hughes was found to be intoxicate­d. He was arrested. Atwood had charges filed at a later date, police said. STUMBLING ON THE ROAD » A 19-year-old male from West Grove was seen stumbling along South Jennersvil­le Road in Penn Township on Aug. 14 at 4:46 p.m. It was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, police said. HIT A POLE » Johnny Folk, 19, of Oxford was traveling west on Baltimore Pike in Lower Oxford Township on June 30 at 1:20 a.m. when he crossed onto the oncoming lane and hit a utility pole. His car was disabled, but he fled the scene. He was later located at his residence, police said. FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY » A car stopped suddenly on Route 41 at Moxleyt Lane in London Grove Township on Aug. 13 at 2:20 p.m. and was rear-ended by the car behind, police said. BURGLARY » Someone entered a home in the 700 block of Haines Mill road in Pocopson Township in early June and went through various drawers and closets but didn’t take anything, police said. MARIJUANA » Wilbert Hayes, 25, of Magnolia, Delaware was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug parapherna­lia in the 1800 block of New London Road in Franklin Township on Aug. 10 at 1:05 p.m., police said. MORE MARIJUANA » Devonte Young, 20, of Abington was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug parapherna­lia on Route 1 at Sylmer Road in West Nottingham Township on Aug. 13 at 7:27 p.m., police said. BURGLARY » Someone took a small jar of money from the back bedroom of a home in the 10 block of Modonough Drive in East Nottingham Township on Aug. 14, police said. SIMPLE ASSAULT » Jeffrey Carlin Harrison allegedly struck a victim in the eye and shoved her head against the bedroom dresser in Kennett Square on June 23, police said. THEFT » Police received the report of the unauthoriz­ed use of a vehicle by a 44-year-old male in West Marlboroug­h Township on June 20, police said. THEFT FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE » Someone stole about $50 from a vehicle in the 600 block of West Baltimore Pike in London Grove Township on Aug. 17, police said. FORGERY » A person mailed a check for $273,799.50 from a business in Penn Township in the unit block of Commerce Boulevard in late July or early August. The check was apparently intercepte­d and the name of the company was changed to another addressed. The forged check was then cashed causing monetary loss to the victim, police said. INTO A DITCH » Maria Reyes Haro, 27, of Reading was traveling southbound on Route 41 near Guernsey Road in London Grove Township when she lost control of the car and went into a ditch. She was not injured, police said. THREE VEHICLES » Three vehicles were involved in a collision on Route 1 where it was under constructi­on in New Garden Township. One vehicle was stopped, the next vehicle struck it, then it struck a third vehicle, police said.

OUTSTANDIN­G WARRANT » On Aug. 17 at 1:57 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Lincoln Highway. During the course of the stop, the passenger of the vehicle, Martin Oglesby, 26, of Saginaw Road, Coatesvill­e, was found to have an outstandin­g criminal warrant from West Chester Police. Oglesby was taken into custody without incident.

DUI » On Aug. 18, officers responded to a single-vehicle accident in the 800 block of Lenape Road. The operator of the vehicle, Robert Morris Gouge Jr. was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested for DUI. Gouge was processed and released on summons, pending a preliminar­y hearing. He was charged with careless driving and DUI.
