Brian E. Burke of West Chester

Brian E. Burke, 44, of West Chester, PA passed away after a brief and painful battle with pancreatic cancer on Saturday, July 7, 2018. Brian was the loving husband of Tiffany H. (nee Hamilton) Burke and devoted father to his two young children, Addison (10) and Mitchell (7). Above all else, he loved spending time with his family and friends—often over a delicious meal that he prepared himself.

Brian had a career in Information Technology, working most recently for DLL in Wayne, PA. He served in the U.S. Navy and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix online. Brian was very honored to achieve his Third Degree Black Belt from The Nackord Karate System, and equally proud to share the love of karate with his children.

Brian is survived by his mother Lynda (nee Malloy) Cochrane and sisters Paula Kraly (Matthew, Stanley and Samuel), Michel Burke (Olivia and Cameron) and Dawn Stafford (AJ, Shanise and Elisiah), along with many close friends.

Friends and relatives are invited to call at the Alleva Funeral Home, Inc., 1724 Lancaster Ave., Paoli, PA 19301 on Wednesday, July 18 from 6-8 p.m. A memorial service will take place at Christ Community Church, 1190 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380 on Thursday, July 19 at 11 a.m., with a visitation from 10-11 a.m. Thursday morning in the Church.
