Lancaster woman arrested on suspicion of DUI

Police: the driver was reportedly involved in a two-vehicle crash prior to her arrest

A Lancaster woman who was allegedly driving impaired was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after becoming involved in a crash, according to police.

West Caln police said a 53-year-old female from Lancaster was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI without incidents. The incident occurred on Sept.13 after officers responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 300 block of West Kings Highway.

Drugs: A 53-year-old male from Coatesvill­e was arrested via summons for violations of the controlled substance, drug, device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64) for alleged possession of marijuana and drug parapherna­lia and related offenses. The incident occurred during a vehicle stop on Sept. 14 for equipment violations.

Drugs: A 28-year-old male from Narvon, Pennsylvan­ia was taken into custody for violations of the controlled substance, drug, device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64) for alleged possession of marijuana, prescripti­on medication­s, and a firearm and related offenses. The incident occurred during a vehicle stop for a registrati­on violation on Sept. 3 in the 3400 block of Compass Road.

Drugs: A 34-year-old male from Ronks, Pennsylvan­ia was taken into custody for violations of the controlled substance, drug, device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64) for alleged possession of methamphet­amine and drug parapherna­lia. The incident occurred during a vehicle stop for equipment violations on Sept. 1 in the 100 block of Coffroath Road.

Drugs: A 25-year-old male from Coatesvill­e was arrested via summons for violations of the controlled substance, drug, device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64) for alleged possession of marijuana and drug parapherna­lia. The incident occurred during a vehicle stop on Aug. 30 for inspection and emissions violations.

Warrant: A 36-yearold male from Coatesvill­e was taken into custody for outstandin­g warrants without incident. The incident occurred on Sept.13 in the 100 block of North Bonsall Road after an officer received informatio­n that a wanted subject was staying at the residence.

Warrant: A 37-year-old male from Coatesvill­e was taken into custody for outstandin­g warrants without incident. The incident occurred on Sept. 12 in the 1400 block of Blackhorse Hill Road after officers received informatio­n that a wanted subject was on location.

Warrant: A 30-yearold male from Coatesvill­e was taken into custody for outstandin­g warrants without incident. The incident occurred during a pedestrian stop on Sept. 7 on the 800 block of West Kings Highway after an officer recognized the male as having an outstandin­g warrant.

Warrant: A 55-year-old female from Coatesvill­e was taken into custody for outstandin­g warrants without incident. The incident occurred during a vehicle stop on Sept. 5 in the 400 block of West Kings Highway after an officer received a wanted person notificati­on from his in car terminal.
