Guadalupe Guild fundraiser supports Sisters of Visitation

Local residents came out to support the work of the Sisters of Visitation during the Guadalupe Guild’s annual fundraising event. The Guadalupe Guild works to support the Sisters of Visitation, a group of Sisters who came from Mexico to Philadelphia in 1926 when all of their belongings were confiscated during the Mexican Revolution. The Sisters of Visitation are a contemplative order devoted to prayers for those who need spiritual assistance and comfort.
