Kirk Meade “Kip” Hall of Glenmoore

Kirk Meade “Kip” Hall, 70, of Glenmoore, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 28, 2019 with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of the late Linda P. Hall, with whom he shared 43 years of marriage prior to her passing in 2015.

Born in Darby, Pa, he was the son of the late Albert Hall and Edythe “Pertz” Hall Tonn. Kip graduated from Springfiel­d High School and then received his B.S. in Economics from Albright College.

He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for over 30 years, earning the rank of Major as a Medical Core Service Officer and served in Desert Storm.

Kip was a generous and active volunteer for the Honey Brook Food Pantry and many other organizati­ons. He enjoyed playing softball, bowling and various card and board games. A member of Hopewell United Methodist Church for over 35 years, Hopewell played an extremely important role in his life, and where he was a part in various missions. He loved vacationin­g at the shore with his family and most importantl­y, he cherished the time he was able to spend with his children and grandchild­ren.

Kip is survived by his three children, Shannon (Brian Cross) and their children, Caiden and Owen; Jeff (Patty) and their children Abigail and Logan and Drew (Christine) and their children Andrew, Ryan and Noah. Kip is also survived by his significan­t other, Elizabeth Pavlick. He was predecease­d by his brother, Ted Hall.

A visitation will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. on Thursday, January 31st, at the James Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave. in Downingtow­n. A Celebratio­n of Life service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, February 1, 2019 at Hopewell United Methodist Church, 852 Hopewell Road, Downingtow­n.

In lieu of flowers, please send a donation in Kip’s name to the Honey Brook Food Pantry, 5064 Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook, Pa 19344.
