Open lewdness On Monday July 8, 2019 at approximately 11:07 PM the West Chester Police Department responded to a report of a white male wearing a grey sweatshirt, grey pants and back pack who was alleged to of been masturbating in front of 40 East Market Street. Officers made contact with Sean McCole, 31, of Coatesville. Officers detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from McCole and he was unsteady on his feet. McCole was found to have an active bench warrant out of Chester County. McCole was transported to the police department, processed and transferred to a bench warrant constable. McCole was charged with one count of open lewdness and one count of public drunkenness. Trespass On June 22 at 11: a.m. the West Chester Police Department responded to a report of a possible trespasser at 300 EastEvans Street, Sharpless Works Apartments. A subsequent investigation revealed that a Richard D. Luminello, 52, of Downingtown, had occupied two apartments without lease or permission. Officers located Luminello on the property and arrested him for criminal trespass, possession of marijuana, and related charges. DUI On June 27, at 41 a.m., West Chester Police officers stopped a vehicle traveling with its lights off in the 200 Block of South High St. Michael Porter, 37, of Downingtown, was arrested for DUI and traffic offenses. Porter was later released on summons. DUI West Chester Police officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East Prescott Alley on June 27, at approximately 1:29 a.m. for a reported vehicle crash. Kavon Johnson-Aitcheson, 25, of Collegeville was arrested for DUI. Johnson was released on summons.
