I am grateful to Senators Argall and Langerholc for accepting my invitation to hold this conversation in Chester County.”
Governor Wolf closed all
K-12 Pennsylvania schools on March 16. The original order was to only close schools for ten business days, but the order was extended on April 9 for the remainder of the academic year.
The Senate will hold the workshop discussion on Tuesday, July 28, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bayard Rustin High School located at 1100 Shiloh Rd., West Chester, PA 19382.
In order to ensure public access and transparency, the workshop will be open to the public – but CDC recommendations on the mitigation of the spread of COVID-19 will be in place. Attendees are expected to maintain social distancing and will be required to have a face covering. The workshop discussion will also be streamed live on the Senate Majority Policy Committee’s website.
