Jessie M. Hostutler
Jessie M. Hostutler, 95, of Willow Valley died Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ethel Leedom Whitely and the wife of the late James A. Hostutler with whom she shared 43 years of marriage before his death in 1986. Jessie was a 1943 graduate of S. Horace Scott High School. She had been employed at the Central Presbyterian Church, Downingtown, Chemical Leaman Tank Lines, Lionville and Vishay Intertechnology, Malvern.
She was a member of Lutheran Church of Good Shepherd, Coatesville where she volunteered in many capacities, as well as in community projects.
Jessie is survived by her daughter, Sharron Pacana and her husband, John, Jr. Of Maytown; two sons, Charles Hostutler and his wife Sharon of Harrisburg and James Hostutler and his wife Kathleen of Coatesville; 7 grandchildren: John Pacana, III, Terri Pacana, Cherie Trimble, Robert Hostutler, Matthew, Hostutler, Mark Hostutler, and Elizabeth Puchek; and 15 great- grandchildren; 5 great-greatgrandchildren and one due in February.
In addition to her husband, James, Jessie was predeceased by her sister, Lillian Prange.
Jessie’s funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 1:30pm at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, Coateville in the Fellowship Hall. Visitation will begin at 1pm. Masks will be required for admittance into the Church.
Interment will be in Northwood Cemetery, Downingtown.
Memorials in Jessie’s honor may be made to Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd 107 S. 17 th Avenue, Coatesville.
