Domsohn leads Eagles to another victory

Zane Domsohn scored 24 points, including four 3-pointers, and Ryan Riotto pitched in 14 points, with four 3-pointers, as Bishop Shanahan topped West Chester Rustin, 74-62, in ChesMont League boys basketball action Monday night.

Cooper Jordan added 13 points, and Ryan Smyth had 10 points for the Eagles, who made 14 3-pointers as a team. Griffin Barrouk led all scorers with 27 points for Rustin, with seven 3-pointers, and Jacob Barksdale had 10 points inside for the Golden Knights while Jacob Barksdale added 10. DOWNINGTOWN EAST 72, AVON GROVE 58 » Joe Belbin and Jude Milon had 16 points each and George Bousum had 15 for the Cougars (3-3, 3-4) in the ChesMont win. Vishal Suthakar had 11 and Connor Shanahan had 10 as five East players reached double figures. Milon’s 16 points were a career high, all while adding 11 rebounds. WEST CHESTER EAST 41, DOWNINGTOWN WEST 34 » Jackson Kulp led the Vikings with 18 points and Jack Kushner added a dozen in the East victory.
