Harlem Wizards to play at Kennett High School
KENNETT SQUARE » All members of the Kennett community are invited to a night of family fun as the Wizards take on the 2002 State Championship Kennett High School Men’s Basketball Team. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the game officially begins at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 14 in the KHS Reynolds Gymnasium.
The Wizards are a performance basketball team delivering widely successful fundraising events for schools and nonprofit organizations. In recent years, they have played in over 400 communities across the U.S. while raising millions of dollars. The Wizards are not focused on winning games, but instead on entertaining the crowd with trick hoops and alley oops.
General Admission tickets, available for purchase online, are $12 for students and $15 for adults. Children under 5 are admitted free of charge. Additional packages are also available from the Wizard’s website. All are encouraged to act early — as a sellout is expected!
Proceeds from this event will benefit Kennett High School’s MiniTHON. The student-led club fundraises to support Four Diamonds, an organization dedicated to assisting childhood cancer patients and their families through superior care, comprehensive support and innovative research
