Man, 18, and teen girl charged in burglary
OXFORD » An Oxford man is in custody and charged with burglary after police responded to a 911 call.
On May 11, Oxford police were dispatched to the rear of a vacant residence in the 400 block of Wheeler Boulevard for a report of a group of trespassers. A neighbor spotted the group and called 911. While on the phone with the dispatcher, the neighbor was assaulted by a 17-year-old female in the group. Police arrived and found all individuals involved and placed Devon Nicholas Scott, 18, of Oxford, into custody. He is being charged with burglary and multiple related offenses. The 17-year-old female was also arrested and is being charged with burglary and related offenses.

State police, Avondale
Drug charges Four adults were arrested on drug charges after police received a report of individuals in a 2012 Infiniti G37 shooting objects at other vehicles on East Baltimore Pike near Lake Road in London Grove Township on May 17. Troopers patrolled the area and found the vehicle.
They determined the four were involved and participated in shooting a toy guy at roadway signs. One of the men was found to be in possession of marijuana and was arrested on drug charges. Other citations were issued.

Juvenile charges A warrant has been issued for Andrea R. Fidanza after police were called to investigate an incident involving the defendant removing and transporting a juvenile without consent or the authority to do so.
Drug charges David Wolfe was charged with possession of a controlled substances and related offenses after police executed a search warrant on his vehicle Jan. 2 after the driver was stopped Jan 1 for an equipment violation. Laboratory results confirmed the driver/defendant was in possession of several controlled substances. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for June 23 at the Parkesburg District Court.
Oxford
Probation violation On May 20 at 3:40 p.m., Oxford police located a 15-year-old male and a 16-year-old male who are wanted by Chester County Juvenile Probation. Both juveniles were taken into custody without incident and will be transported by Constables to the Chester County Juvenile Detention Center.
West Chester
Drug charges In April 2021, the West Chester Police Narcotics Unit initiated an investigation into the sale of cocaine. As a result of this investigation, a warrant was issued for Alan Jeune, 27, of Philadelphia. On May 18, Jeune turned himself in to police. Jeune was arraigned and released on $75,000 unsecured bail.
West Whiteland
Thieves arrested The Ulta store in Exton was temporarily closed last week after two males entered the store and attempted to steal nearly $10,000 in fragrance. Two men were arrested in the store, and the merchandise was recovered. Police received information from Ulta employees.
State police, Embreeville
Spanking charges Police are investigating a case involving a ChildLine report involving a 13-yearold male being spanked by his father. This incident occurred on West Stonington Drive in West Bradford.
Woman scammed A 69-year-old Honey Brook woman was scammed out of tens of thousands of dollars when she received a fraudulent advisory on her computer stating her computer was hacked. She sent $17,000, some of which was recovered.
